Reunion

This year we finish the bicycle season in Lithuania, in Birštonas, a well-known resort town, recognized for its mineral springs, spas, and scenic surroundings. Birštonas has a long history as a health centre, dating back to the 19^th century. It is located in the Nemunas Loops Regional Park, offering beautiful natural landscapes, walking and cycling trails, and peaceful river views. During the meeting we will share impressions and photos from all parts of the 6^th Olympic Expedition “from Tokyo to Paris”, i.e.:
– Taiwan
– Japan
– Madagascar
– Corsica & continental France
and present our 2025 plans:

How to arrive:
• by car
• by cheap flights / by buses / by trains from different European towns to Vilnius, Kaunas, then by:
– bike from the Kaunas Railway Station (37 km)
– bus from Vilnius (~2 hours, tickets here)
– bus from Kaunas (~1 hour, tickets here)

October 4 (Friday)
afternoon / evening – arrival
19:00 – welcome grill

October 5 (Saturday)
8:00-9:00 – breakfast (self-service)
10:00-16:00 – bike excursion with stop for a lunch
18:00-24:00 – dinner, slide shows and films from the 6^th BC Olympic expedition, presentation of BC 2025 plans

October 6 (Sunday)
8:00-9:00 – breakfast (self-service)
10:00-11:30 – excursion by the Pleasure Boat “Justina” in the Nemunas and Verknė rivers, exploring the conglomerate rock “Goat’s shoulders”
afternoon / evening – an individual program and departure

The participation fee (full program 83 €-117 €, depending on type of accommodation) includes:
– 2 nights in camping cabin type “G” (4-bed, WC & shower are in the central camping facility) 32 €
or in Pine Forest cabin type “P” (double bed and sofa, WC & shower inside the cabin) 54 €
or in your own tent (WC & shower are in the central camping facility) 28 €
– car parking 8 €
– Friday fire or grill 10 €
– boat excursion 10 € (if 20 people sign for it)
– Saturday dinner 30 €
– organization fee 5 €

After the registration, you will receive a confirmation with the calculation.
