Résumé

The IV Olympic Expedition “From London to Rio de Janeiro”; under an honour patronage of the Polish Olympic Committee is over. It was the main event of 2016 season. 31 participants took part in it, but only 4 cycled the whole route, and one driver: 4 women and 1 man!
They made ~10 000 km in 171 days on the roads of Trinidad&Tobago, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana and Brazil. The ride has been joined by people from Lithuania (19), Poland (6), Ireland (2), and per one from Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Scotland; 20 men 11 women. The oldest participant was 74 years old, the youngest 22. An average age was 52, so BC becomes older and older… but still attracts plenty adventures.
